• Please sign on the reverse of your Credit Card immediately on receipt • Keep the Card in safe custody just like you would keep cash, cheques, etc and always protect it. No one should have access to the card except you. • Do not bend or scratch the Card, particularly the magnetic stripe on the back of the card • Do not place two Cards with magnetic strips together • Do not expose the Card to electronic devices and gadgets or direct sunlight • Keep CVV number (last 3 digits in the reverse of the credit card) confidential. Mask or memorize CVV number. Ensure use of Card at Merchant POS in your presence • Do not use Cards in Internet Cafes and unsecured websites while making on-line purchases • Furnish correct address to the bank and inform the change of address promptly • Request for issue of new Card immediately on return from overseas trips • Hot list the Card immediately, if lost / stolen, by calling 24 hour help lines at 022-40426008 or 1800 223 222 (toll free) or 1800 222244 (toll free). Keep the help line numbers handy. • Register for SMS alert facility by providing your Mobile number which helps you track Credit Card transactions instantly • Scrutinize your Card statement regularly and opt for receiving the statement by e-Mail • Please quote your 16 digit card number in every repayment Cheque or draft / correspondence
