NPA customers of Bank can avail Online OTS services
Please ensure your Mobile is registered with the Bank to use Online OTS services. Customers not registered their mobile number with Bank for SMS banking services will not be able to utilize the services as OTP is sent to registered mobile only.
NPA Borrowers with Export/Import accounts needs to approach the Branch they are banking with invariably.
Any offer submitted through online mode is merely an offer for settlement submitted by you and is not binding on the Bank.
Acceptance or rejection of the proposal is subject to the Recovery Policy and guidelines of the Bank issued / revised from time to time. No reason shall be assigned for rejecting any offer submitted online. It is the sole discretion of the competent authority of the bank to communicate or respond to any query on this regard.
