5.FAQ

Can a Union Unnati Current Account be opened for a partnership firm with women partners or a pvt ltd company with women directors?

Ans- No. Union Unnati Current Accounts can be only opened for female individuals or Sole proprietorship accounts. For proprietorship, female should be the proprietor.

If a women individual opens both Union Samriddhi and Unnati accounts whether concessions offered with individual schemes be available on cumulative basis?

Ans- NO. Concessional features shall not be available on a cumulative basis. For instance, a female individual opening both Union Samriddhi and Union Unnati accounts will be eligible of 50% locker rent concession only (for 1st year).
